Telehealth visit
We offer telehealth visits. Just tell the staff member that you would like to
have a video appointment with your provider.
You will be contacted by one of 3 ways for this appointment depending on the
type of phone that you have.

iPhones- be sure that your permissions are turned on for this feature.

Android phones- download the Google Meet app, allow all of the permissions.

Doximity- you will receive a text message, click the link to connect with
your provider.
Co-pays are due at the time of the telehealth visit and can be handled by
staff over the phone.
